Certifications

Our quality management system governs how material is sourced, verified, stored and released. Every enquiry is matched to a grade and standard before it is quoted, every heat is traceable to its mill test certificate, and every despatch is checked against the customer's purchase order for grade, dimension, tolerance and documentation.

We manage the environmental impact of stockholding and distribution: offcut and scrap segregation for recycling, controlled handling of oils and cutting consumables, packaging reuse, nesting of cut parts to reduce waste, and consolidated shipping to cut transport emissions per tonne delivered.

Heavy plate and pipe handling is the highest risk in our operation, so it is the most tightly controlled: trained and certified crane and forklift operators, inspected lifting gear, defined stacking and racking limits, permit controlled cutting work, and incident reporting that feeds back into how we store and move material.
