Material supplied into live projects
Supply of Hardox PlatesHardox 450 wear liners for a cement transfer chute
Client: Cement producer, Northern Emirates
Chute and hopper liners were wearing through in under four months on an abrasive clinker line. We supplied 12 mm and 16 mm Hardox 450 plate, profiled to the customer's liner drawings with countersunk bolt holes, in two despatches so the first set could go in at the next planned shutdown. Supplied with EN 10204 3.1 certificates and plate marking retained on every piece.
Supply of Hardox PlatesHardox 500 Tuf plate for tipper body rebuilds
Client: Commercial vehicle body builder
A body builder moving from mild steel to wear plate needed both material and guidance. We supplied 6 mm and 8 mm high hardness plate for floors and side walls, and set out preheat and interpass temperature limits with the welding consumable class so hardness near the heat affected zone was not lost. Result: thinner floors, lower tare weight and more payload per trip.
Supply of Hardox PlatesWear plate crusher jaw and cheek plates
Client: Aggregate and quarry operator
Replacement cheek plates and feeder liners in 20 mm and 25 mm wear resistant plate, plasma profiled to template and edge prepared for welding. Delivered against a two week call-off schedule so the quarry could hold a single spare set instead of a full inventory.
Supply of Hardox PlatesExcavator bucket rebuild package
Client: Earthmoving contractor
Bucket wear packages for a fleet rebuild: 10 mm wear plate wrappers, 20 mm wear bars and heel shrouds, cut and bevelled ready to weld. Standardising on two thicknesses across the fleet cut the contractor's spares holding and shortened each rebuild.
Supply of Hardox PlatesArmox protection plate for a secure vehicle build
Client: Specialist vehicle integrator
Protection plate supplied to a defined protection class with full mill documentation and plate traceability maintained through cutting. Parts were waterjet profiled to keep the heat affected zone to a minimum, and packed in build order to suit the integrator's assembly sequence.
Supply of Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes316L seamless pipe for a petrochemical tie-in
Client: EPC contractor, petrochemical complex
ASTM A312 TP316L seamless pipe from 1/2 inch to 8 inch in Schedule 40 and Schedule 80, with matching butt weld fittings and flanges, released against the contractor's line list. Material was reserved on enquiry and shipped in three consignments to match the construction front.
Supply of Stainless Steel Seamless PipesHygienic stainless pipework for a pharmaceutical plant
Client: Pharmaceutical manufacturer
316L seamless tube with controlled internal surface finish, supplied with clamps and fittings for a purified water loop. Every length was supplied with 3.1 certification and surface finish documentation, individually capped and bagged to protect the bore in transit.
Supply of Stainless Steel Seamless PipesDuplex 2205 piping for a seawater intake
Client: Desalination plant operator
316L had been pitting on the warm, chlorinated side of the intake. We supplied UNS S32205 duplex pipe and plate instead, with ferrite balance and impact values on certificate, plus guidance on heat input limits so the austenite to ferrite balance survived welding.
Supply of Stainless Steel Seamless PipesOffshore duplex and super duplex spool material
Client: Offshore fabricator
Mixed package of 2205 and 2507 pipe, fittings and flanges for topside spools, delivered against an NDT and documentation dossier requirement. Positive material identification was carried out on receipt and before despatch to keep the two grades strictly segregated.
Supply of Stainless Steel Seamless PipesSeamless pipe stock programme for a maintenance contractor
Client: Plant maintenance contractor
A consignment of 304L and 316L seamless pipe across the sizes this contractor consumes most, held in Dubai and drawn down against call-off. Shutdown material now leaves the same working day instead of waiting on a mill rolling programme.
Supply of Stainless Steel Plates304L plate for storage tank shells
Client: Tank fabricator
ASTM A240 304L plate in 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm, cut to shell course widths so the fabricator could roll straight from delivery with minimum offcut. Flatness and edge condition were agreed before despatch because the plate went directly into rolling.
Supply of Stainless Steel PlatesStainless plate for food and beverage equipment
Client: Process equipment manufacturer
316L sheet and plate with 2B and brushed finishes, PVC filmed for handling, supplied in nested cut sizes. Laser cut parts came back inside the tolerance band the manufacturer's forming tools needed, which removed a deburring step from their line.
Supply of Stainless Steel PlatesLaser cut stainless parts for a modular skid build
Client: Skid package integrator
Plate supplied as finished profiles rather than sheets: brackets, gussets, base plates and cover panels laser cut from 316L and 2205, marked by part number and kitted per skid. The integrator received buildable parts and carried no plate stock of its own.
Supply of Stainless Steel PlatesMixed grade plate consignment, cut and shipped to site
Client: Multi-discipline contractor
A single consignment combining stainless, duplex and wear plate for different work packages, segregated and marked by grade, stacked in the unloading order the site asked for, and shipped with one consolidated documentation pack.
