All trademarks, registered trademarks, brand names, product names and logos referred to or displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners. This includes, without limitation, Hardox^®, Armox^®, Strenx^® and Docol^® (SSAB), INCONEL^®, INCOLOY^® and MONEL^® (Special Metals Corporation), HASTELLOY^® (Haynes International), and the names and marks of the other producers listed on this site.

Axicor DWC LLC does not own, and claims no right, title or interest in, any of these marks. No part of this website grants any licence or right to use any third-party mark.

Producer names and marks are used on this website for one purpose only: to identify accurately the material that Axicor DWC LLC stocks, supplies and can quote. Naming the material a customer is asking for is necessary to describe what we sell.

Their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, affiliation or authorisation by the trademark owner, except where this website expressly states that an authorisation exists.

Axicor DWC LLC is an authorized distributor of SSAB, covering the Hardox, Armox, Strenx and Docol programmes. Where a producer tile on this site is marked "Authorized distributor", that authorisation is held and current.

Every other producer named on this site is listed because we hold or source their material. For those names, no distributorship, agency or authorisation is claimed or implied — we are describing what we supply, not a commercial relationship with the mill.

When a branded grade is quoted, that is what is supplied, documented with the producer's own EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate and traceable to the heat. Where we propose an equivalent from a different producer, it is identified as an equivalent by its standard and designation and never passed off under another producer's brand name.

Customer names and logos are displayed on this website only where that customer has given written permission. Project references published without a named customer are anonymised deliberately, either by agreement or by default, and no customer relationship should be inferred from any image, sector description or location shown.
